Regulated merchandise

All federally-regulated merchandise must be sent to a federally-licensed firearm dealer (FFL) agreed by the Buyer and Seller. Only if the Buyer is an FFL may regulated merchandise be sent directly to the Buyer.

Shipping service

GunTab allows for the use of shipping services from multiple carriers. Shipments will be sent via the service agreed by the Buyer and Seller, or by the most suitable service if not specifically agreed.

Requirements

By using GunTab:

• Buyers agree to pay for tracking and insurance on their shipment.
• Sellers agree to purchase tracking and insurance on each shipment, and promptly provide GunTab with the tracking number
